Welcome to CK Martial Hearts – your gateway to learning kung fu in China and unlocking your potential through traditional Chinese martial arts!
Are you looking for a way to learn kung fu in China? A life changing experience? A way to push yourself? A way to escape everyday life and experience something truly different?
With CK Martial Hearts, you get the chance to unlock your full potential and learn more about yourself and what you are capable of by training traditional Chinese martial arts, as well as learning about the history, life and culture that surrounds them.
Learn kung fu in China at the Shaolin Temple
On our Warrior’s Way Kung Fu Bootcamp, CK Martial Hearts offers an exclusive opportunity not just to learn kung fu inside the Shaolin Temple with genuine Shaolin warrior monks, but to experience life and culture both inside and outside the temple walls. Suitable for novices and those with martial arts backgrounds alike, these are the perfect programs to enable you to get a taste of Chinese life and traditional kung fu training at one of the most iconic locations in China.
Balance your mind, body and spirit in Beijing
Real taichi combines health, self-defense and mindfulness into a practice that is the quintessential Chinese martial art. Unfortunately, most taichi teachers only teach one aspect of taichi – the health part. Most people don’t even know there is more to taichi than simply feeling more relaxed and energized. But on a CK Martial Hearts Trident Taichi program, you will get to learn these three important aspects, and get the chance to experience the true meaning of traditional Taichi.
Coming in 2020 – Develop the heart of a lion in Foshan
Anyone who grew up watching Hong Kong kung fu movies knows the fundamental connection between lion dancing and traditional Chinese martial arts. Lion dancing was traditionally taught at many kung fu schools as a way to demonstrate skill and spirit without directly showing martial arts techniques. While less commonly taught now than before, in the winter of 2020 CK Martial Hearts will proudly offer our Lion Heart training program and give students the opportunity to learn both kung fu and lion dancing in the south of China.
Coming in 2019 – Raise your child’s spirit and strengths
Being a warrior isn’t about how many fights you’ve had or how tough your skin is. It’s about facing all of life’s challenges head-on, staying strong in mind, body and spirit at all times and never giving up, no matter what obstacles you face. And on our Rising Warrior programs, that’s exactly what parents and children will get the opportunity to do, together. Similar to our Warrior’s Way programs, as well as learning Shaolin martial arts, this parent and children program also features more social and cultural activities, making it ideal for younger participants.
All programs fully customizable!
Of course, not everyone has 2 weeks to visit the Shaolin Temple, or 6 weeks to learn Taichi in Beijing. CK Martial Hearts is pleased to offer fully customizable group programs for 6-10 people that can be tailored to meet your group’s specific requirements. From 1-day taichi workshops at beautiful locations, to weekend retreats learning Chinese kung fu applications and fitness at the Shaolin Temple, we can design something to meet your expectations and help you unlock your potential through Chinese martial arts!
So feel free to contact us and let us know what you’d like to learn and when. We will be more than happy to see what we can arrange for you!
Everyone, no matter their background, martial arts experience, or current fitness level, is welcome to apply for these programs. The only requirement if you wish to train on a CK Martial Hearts program is that you are respectful of the traditions of Chinese martial arts and culture, are prepared for hard, disciplined instruction, and are committed to giving 100% effort during your time with us.

CK Martial Hearts is where it's at!
You get to learn the history of what and where you're practicing along with other sights you venture to; and you control how much you do, but expect to be pushed to your limits physically, mentally, and even emotionally. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a different kind of challenge and experience.
CK Martial Hearts delivers and surpasses all its promises
Living and training on location was akin to stepping into a movie. The kindness and openness of the locals was heartwarming, their constant training a marvel, and access to the knowledge, spirituality, and discipline of the Warrior Monks in the Shaolin Temple, an inspiration.
It really teaches you to push yourself beyond your limits
Absolutely fantastic programme! Suitable for everyone; you can experience it at your own level of fitness and ability. I came to the programme with zero Martial Arts experience and had a wonderful though very challenging week. I can't recommend this enough!
If you're looking for a physical and mental challenge, this is the place to go, regardless if you have previous experience with martial arts. I can honestly say that through the training, I know I am capable of much more than I allowed myself to believe previously.
“Challenging, confronting, fun and amazing experience”
This not your normal day to day martial arts class. This is a once in a lifetime experience that will take you out of your comfort zone and push you to the limit while offering you a very rewarding challenge that’ll make you realize the limit is yourself.
Thank you for creating this experience
Studying at the Shaolin Temple was to do each day what had only yesterday been impossible. To experience the achievement lying beyond fear and pain was life-changing. For those contemplating studying Kung Fu at Shaolin Temple with CK Martial Hearts: you can do this.
Looking for a challenge, this is the place
The atmosphere of the monastery is very special, even if I could not appreciate so that at the beginning of the training. I can say it was a great experience. I have learned a lot for me physically and mentally and can recommend it to anyone who wants to experience something special.
Shaolin Temple Martial Arts Training
Most of the trainings was inside the Shaolin Temple. The Kung-fu classes were teach by a monk of the Shaolin Temple. If you want to improve or start in Kung-Fu, or you want to experience how is living in a real Kung-Fu Chinese school, this is the right place.
An excellent life time experience!
I don't think you can find any company who can let you learn traditional Kung fu from the real monk and even training inside the temple itself. If you want to see how much you can push yourself and try something different, this is something you cannot miss when you visit china.
An Amazing Experience
I knew nothing about Kung Fu and I spent an amazing morning doing Taichi with them. It felt amazing. Being trained out there is like being part of something bigger than you are. And I cannot thank enough AJ and Nic to make me discover this. This day determined that I want to pursue this quest.
Hard to find, traditional Chinese Culture
Wow. Not only did the program give me access to an amazing and incredibly valuable experience studying the fundamentals of Chinese Gong Fu, but also to a rich cultural Chinese experience that is increasingly hard to find, especially at this place!
10 Day Martial Arts "BOOT CAMP"
This course has been the single best thing that has ever happened to me. I have no past Kung Fu experience however in the 10 day course I learned so much not just about Kung Fu, I learned my body, my strengths and weaknesses, that my mind can definitely overcome my body.
A truly transformative Experience
In any skills, one has to continue practicing for a long time in order to be capable at them, however this course gave us a really solid introduction and focus on how to keep developing our abilities. I will definitely come back to Shaolin with this program, and would recommend it to anyone.
